To be added to our bidders list:

For a bidder to be selected as a subcontractor on a project, and before a contract is executed, the subcontractor must show they :

•have the proper insurance coverage.
•have the manpower and equipment to perform the work specified
•can provide a performance bond on bids of over $500,000
•have a Subcontractor Pre-qualification Questionairre on file with Bass (We base our Award of Contract on price and other factors) See the link at the bottom of this page to download the SPQ.


To view the plans and specs through our ftp site, you must have an ftp client installed on your computer. If you don't already have one, you can download the latest version of FileZilla here. You also must be a pre-approved bidder in order to gain the user name and password.
